As simple as that — the WEINIG Variomat:
Longitudinal and end profiling in one
The Variomat is the only moulder in the world today that can handle
four-sided planing and profiling, and longitudinal and end profiling
of workpieces. The Variomat is just as flexible as you are and
can grow to keep pace with your requirements. Its secret is simple:
retrofit modules.
We develop our technology for your benefit: Equipped with the
WEINIG Memory system and featuring PowerLock technology, the user-friendly
Variomat can be reset in a matter of seconds. Once produced and
stored, a profile can be reproduced at any time with maximum precision
and minimum setup effort. Available in two different tool arrangements
with four or five tool holders, each of which can be supplemented
by a multi-function table. The Variomat will grow with your future
needs!

Windows? Doors? Cabinet Parts? Take rough lumber and produce finished
parts on one machine instead of a jointer, planer, shaper and tenoner.
With the optional multifunctional table the Variomat can plane
and/or profile all 4 sides of a workpiece, and then do the end
work for that piece on the same machine. Saves floor space and
manpower.
 
WEINIG UNIMAT 500
One of the most popular moulders in the world. Replaces the Profimat
and Unimat Gold series. Standard Machine for an industry and sawmilling
environment. Available with 5, 6 or 7 spindles and many features
as MARATHON COATED tables & fences, grove guide table, guiding
kives on right & left spindles, multi-rip spindles.
WEINIG UNIMAT 23 EL
The most solid and powerful WEINIG moulder with conventional cutter
heads. Available with many spindle configurations. This machine
is a perfect solution in sawmills and industries making decking,
mouldings, side profiles, floor board, door and window parts out
of tropical hardwood species. All UNIMAT 23EL moulders are taylor
made to enable you to choose your spindle configuration, the HP
per spindle and the table and fence surface hardened for your needs
(regular, MARATHON or MARATHON POWER COATING) and many other options.
WEINIG POWERMAT Series
Only WEINIG offers the POWERLOCK technology for moulders and planners.
POWERMAT moulders are available in many taylor made configurations
with (regular, MARATHON or MARATHON POWER coated talbe and fences,
up to 12.000 rpm for high quality surfaces. Machines can be equiped
with POWERLOCK tool holders or conventional spindels (for your
exisiting tooloing)
WEINIG POWERMAT 500
This machine will allow Powerlock technology at attractive prices.
A full machine tool change in abt. two minutes. Computerized control
of tool settings. 8000 rpm for a better surface. Optional working
width of 300 mm (12") and much more. Ideal for furniture,
doors parts, mouldings and many other items.
WEINIG POWERMAT 1000
POWERMAT technology with a heavy duty machine base as the POWERMAT
1000 will be the highlight of every moulding-, door- or furniture
factory using hardwood species as well as high volume softwood
production. Up to 12000 rpm possible
